Our Story – Hansley Horse Farm RescueFor over 20 years, Hansley Horse Farm has been a safe haven for horses who have known only neglect, abandonment, or the threat of slaughter. Our family has dedicated its life to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming these incredible animals. What began as a small family farm over 40 years ago has grown into a mission of compassion and second chances.Every horse that arrives at our gates carries a story — some have been saved from abusive owners, others pulled from slaughter auctions, and many surrendered by families who could no longer care for them. Alongside horses, we also provide shelter and care for other farm animals in need, including goats, pigs, and chickens.How We HelpRescue: We work tirelessly to remove animals from dangerous or inhumane situations.Rehabilitate: With proper veterinary care, nutritious food, and a loving environment, we help them heal both physically and emotionally.Rehome: Once they’re ready, we carefully match our animals with loving, forever homes through our adoption program.How We Raise FundsCaring for these animals requires constant effort — feed, medical care, farrier services, shelter maintenance, and more.
